Pharmaceutical and general use Skids
The majority of our designs are sanitary installations that have a contact with final product. Typical materials of constructions are Stainless Steel 316L and 304L with sanitary surface finish.
Pipework orbital welding is used with full set of nondestructive testing documentation.
This would include X-Rays, visual testing, welding maps, surface finish refractometer testing, material type certification welder’s certification etc.
Suleng designs and fabricates custom made vessels to be used as part of our skids. Depending on the need tanks can be pressure rated, polished, with man access etc.
Typically, customers asked us for ASME BPE Tri-Clamp fittings, but other standards can be considered during the design period.
There is a lot of consideration put into keeping pipework clean. Careful selection of instrumentation and pumps, draining slopes and draining points quality of pipework and are only few that are assessed during the design.
We offer our customers GMP validation suite with every pharma project. This includes creation of:
- User Requirement Specification if not provided by the customer.
- Hardware Design Specification
- Software Design Specification
- Factory Acceptance Test documentation
- Installation Qualification
Product testing equipment
Over the last few years Suleng has provided several different designs for major international corporate customers. There are no typical installations as they are all bespoke and unique to specific manufacturing needs.
No job is too small. We delivered machines from very simple manual test units that do not have any electrical parts to very complex machines that would include sanitary pipework, custom made vessels, complex pneumatic system, exotic instrumentation, Safety PLC, servo driven motion control etc.
Machines are designed by us where we usually outsource mechanical fabrication to our trusted partners. This helps with keeping the cost at very attractive level while maintaining highest quality standards.
Our PLC and HMI software is made in-house and can be customized depending on project needs. As a standard package we offer Rockwell Automation and Siemens hardware.
In addition to machine controls we offer Reporting solutions for all our testers. That gives our customer one-click access to any test done at any time.
